Throughout Sophie Jungbauer’s college journey, she was challenged by the ideas of minimalism and tiny house living. Rather than just turning in a paper on the topic, Sophie and her husband, Henry, decided to take this new knowledge to the next level and rethink the American dream. Designing and building their own tiny house, Sophie, Henry, and their dog, Cora, just celebrated one year of tiny house living.
